Dislikes

Managment team of the process AFLAC which is I was working in is very bad. Too much cost cutting, too much pressure on the employees. They hire the employees on 6 months contract, however there have no policy in EXL.

Not recommended for IT software people as all the technical work is outsourced. Good for people who technically talk but work on manual ppts

Dislikes

No HR department. The company events are lavish and mandatory to attend. Work life balance is totally on manager's wish. Only IT spocs are required here as no technology development is done here.

Pathetic management. Tonns of work pressure, no work life balance. Favouritism and only the ppl favoured are recognised and appraised.

Dislikes

No fair appraisal for years but they’d give you extra work and expect you to work like the person who got promoted. Micromanagement and stupid ppl are made promoted, who in turn don’t know how to resolve a simple issue.

In last 3-4 years many veteran top management leave the organization and those who replace them they are not upto. They are trying to implement US work culture, like hire fire culture but in terms of package they are not even follow Indian market. The new top management don't even respect those who spend more than a decade in the organization.

It's my perspective on my project not company Project and my manager is good Work is there, so get to to work with various clients and gain good exposure Bonus is paid upto 80% for sure which I feel is better than my previous org

Health Insurance is the worst No additional benefits I feel from the company Lot of cost cuttings.. If you work remotely, forget any benefits like team meet, outings, diwali or annual gifts. Promotions are ambiguous and very much opaque.
