I am a former employee of FSL and during my time there, I observed a concerning level of favoritism within the organization, particularly based on religious identity. There appeared to be biased behavior from certain members of management, especially the manager Sridevi, who often showed hostility toward Muslim employees. On severaloccasions, political and religiously sensitive topics were discussed during office hours and shared on social media, including content about Babri Masjid and Islamic culture, which made many of us uncomfortable. Additionally, the HR representative, Ayushi, seemed to handle employee issues unfairly. Male employees, in particular, often felt targeted, with decisions being made without proper inquiry—sometimes resulting in abrupt issuance of HRC warnings or termination letters. Muslim employees faced specific challenges, such as inadequate accommodation for Friday prayers and being scrutinized over minor matters. The situation escalated to the point where several of us felt compelled to resign due to what we perceived as a hostile work environment. No likes...its a worst and pathetic company.

The recruitment team and HR are unprofessional, baised. I cleared my interview and hr name is Haritha. She asked me for all documents and I submitted them. They never asked for my offer letter first, later they asked it. Haritha didn't even give me time for atleast one day to get my offer letter. Later that evening I sent my offer letter and called Hairtha. She was totally unprofessional and pathetic, she said they the opening is now closed and we will contact you later which never happened again. I am lucky that I didn't join Firstsource and work with people like Haritha. Thanks to god!...Read More
