1.Salary gets credited on time at the month end.

1.They don't provide free cab facility. They charge 800 rupees for providing one way cab facility also there will be shifts for which cabs won't be alloted. You have to arrange on your own to report to office plus you have to be 10 minutes early to the office and no acceptance of late logins even if company cabs are late because it's Genpact and you ask the driver to drive fast. 2. Work-life balance won't be there because Genpact has increased work timings to one more hour and it's now 10.5 hours including breaks for same salary. 3. Cheap politics of team leads and managers to use the agents to the utmost and never care what agents go through and show partiality based on whom they like they will get the AES ratings. 4. They never care about your extra efforts which you put in for your work but they might say they recognise those efforts. 5. No leaves for the first six months. 6. Gone are the days when this company stood for work-life balance and job security. The Genpact of today has completely deteriorated. Under the new leadership, things have only gotten worse. Genpact now operates under a dictatorial style of management. Here are a few examples: * Shift hours have been increased to 10, but you’re expected to work at least 12. This change applies only to Genpact India, clearly reflecting racial discrimination and a dictatorial mindset. * Promotions, increments, corrections, DIP, travel, and external hiring - Anything that requires investment has been frozen for cost-cutting. I didn't like anything at genpact. At first I thought it would be good to work in MNC it will boost my career but things are different here so I have nothing to add here. You can find good colleagues. That's it.

Dislikes

They interviewed me for accounting role shifted me in healthcare department without informing me. I had experience still they on boarded me as in apprentice even after submitting my experience letter. Company using government schemes for cost cutting. I feel undervalued and underpaid. Now they announced to work for 10 hours without increasing salaries. Treating apprentice as full time worker no special training or nothing but free labour for them. I had worst experience here.We don't have any refreshments here this is so basic even small companies offer Tea but this one don't offer anything.
