I have been with Genpact for 6 years and have gotten an opportunity to work with the best leaders and the most amazing team. Leaders do not hesitate to reach and teach they are so approachable and the HRs are so supportive

Dislikes

No promotions, no increments even when when your manager beleives you are performing very well. When you are performing upton 100% exepctations, you will get 4 to 6% and when exceptionally well like you are one of the top performers, then may be 6 to 8%. Forget promotion unless you have good contacts with leaders or you have skills of make your leaders happy everytime.

Low salary, low increment rate, low promotion rate for internal people, instead they prefer to hire from outside with higher salary people. Working hours increased to 10 hours, no worklife balance.

Nothing management is very crippy and slefish. They do not think about the peoples skill but rely on getting cheap resourcses.

Management is very crippy, they do not think about peoples skills they treat like labourers. Recently they have inofficially made 10 hours working which is in human.

Once upon a time work life balance was good All depends on your Manager and Management,if they are good you will get good flexibility and freedom.

Where to start - No promotion Pathetic Salary Band 3 and above rules the company and get all the benefits. Penalized the lower level and mid management employees 10hrs working shift with one hour break got introduced which will now leads to mass attrition. Only the middle management will struggle to backfill the position, band 3 and above they only think about their own benefits No company benefits Basically you are a daily wage labour and your views will be ignored completely Genpact India is the worst compare to Genpact other countries, they gets lot of benefits....Read More

Dislikes

band 3 thinks that Genpact is their own company. And they are paying salary and bonus from their pockets. They are not ready to listen anything. Even HR only listen to them.
