Department - Adulteration Salary - which is lower then Labour Shift timing - Owl timing, Na ghar ke Na ghaat ke. Working hours - 10 hrs fixed rest depends on managers. Working culture - no appreciation for those who actually knows the process and helping the other, appreciation got those personal who are nothing to know about the process. Skill development - nothing's Promotion - never. Most important - New hires get the more hike then existing one who saved the projects....Read More

Dislikes

No promotions, no increments even when when your manager beleives you are performing very well. When you are performing upton 100% exepctations, you will get 4 to 6% and when exceptionally well like you are one of the top performers, then may be 6 to 8%. Forget promotion unless you have good contacts with leaders or you have skills of make your leaders happy everytime.

Training is not good. Ramp up is not good. No support during guided production. No welcome kit. RTO for new hires is 5 days to increase RTO attendance of team. Harsh behaviour of AVP during medical problem. Office politics. Discrimination between employees. Very less salary. No encashment of leaves. No overtime. Nothing, absent nothing genpact does pay well enough to freshers as well as experienced employees on top of that they have extended the office timings from 9 hrs to 10 hrs. Their cab facility is also as bad as there employee policy
