Experience in any firm is based solely on Project and Manager. Lucky to be part of cool banking project , great work atmosphere and ample opportunity to grow with free courses. International work culture with good work-life balance. Hike ? Lucky if you get one. Better to have a good bargain at HR discussions initially. INM doesn’t shy away with good package if you’ve got the stuff.

I would say. its stands on projects and work ability. As felt no job security and low in growth and not listed appraisals for contractors, ground level increment on Salary, Made me to feel dislike.
