Pretty much nothing.

Dislikes

Lowest salary in the Market. Little or no salary increment. Bad work life balance. They expect you to join calls after work hours, holiday and sometimes on your leave days. Onsite opportunity is a trap. Once you go onsite you are trapped. All the policies that Infosys have are just suggestions when you are onsite. No benefits. You won't get any compensation for working extra hours or night. You are expected to work on the very next day even if you work all night. Every projects would have more managers than developers....Read More

Job security is good. There are multiple opportunities to learn new technologies but the chance of working on it depends on you're luck. There are several employee engagement activities. In summary how good you're life inside the company depends on you're project.
