Dislikes: Salary hikes are very very slow.
Secondly, i have received 20 -25% hike as well but the process involved is such a drag.
Promotions are slow too. Despite being an outstanding performer for 2 years consecutively, i have not been promoted once in the last 3.5 years. Only received a progression, which is not a job level change.

Likes: There campus is good, nothing apart from that is good. Dislikes: No career growth, no salary hike for employees for the past 3 years, yet they send an email stating that they are increasing food court prices because they haven't done so in the last 2 years. What about employees' salaries?
Likes: Work-life balance is little better but it totally depends on project Dislikes: No career growth promised opportunity not delivered, 3 years no hike, management doesn't take any responsibility & sometimes talk harshly.
Better to look for other company after 1-2 years spending in here
