1. For Freshers , Great Training Program at Infosys , Mysore DC. 2. Better Processes in billable projects, good learning curve for freshers coming out of Training.

Dislikes

1. Poor compensation and even worst appraisals for everyone joining new to the project. You will be horrified to see (if you stay for almost 2-3 years) , you will get almost negligible increment in your in-hand salary. 2. Politics is in veins of whosoever is sitting at your top management level. 3. My Project Management was poor , not sure about others. Unrealistic deliverables, dead-end deadlines , long weekend working and what not ....Read More

Mysuru location. Useless show off buildings wont entice me . I prefer quality of work life to use my brains and do quality job not work with chaaplusis

The teams call and video recording is not allowed tells it all. The manager and scrum master exploits the lead developer to work on different projects using teams call (which cant be recorded sorry to use as evidence). They tap all employees laptop on all activities. You need to online even if no work just to satisfy this scrum or sc-um master Arihant Kaul and manager Bhavica Chandra (spelling mistake in her name ). Only incompetent and boot likcers wont leave this company and it is like a lot of red tapism to get your id card you need to give more documents than for applying your passport. They pay pennies to developers and spend on useless grand buildings who cares for this show off. Improve the quality of life of employees not your beauraecRATS....Read More
