Its a big organization with multiple projects.

work culture. Its very toxic. One is expected to work for 13 hours a day 7 days a week without a break of a second. Everyone needs everything on priority, no proper mechanism which directly impacts the work quality of employee. compensation standards are the worst. Team lead will start shouting at everyone the minute meeting startsand there is no accountability. they way things are set up, people focus more towards output than quality of work which leaves a bad experience for all and reduced work outflow....Read More
