Free sharing cab to and fro. Training dept was also good(not best).
Pathetic work environment. Each and every senior tries to transfer his responsibilty/answerabilty to the junior stape goats on the headphones. TLs had very basic knowledge of content of process. When caller will insist you to talk to seniors the this call transfer will be worst thing you will be doing to TL. First of all they will try to pass that transfer call to each other(among TLs) due to lack of knowledge of process. Then obviously you will get negative feedback from caller, now you hv to be ready for scolding,taunts even abuses. no matter how much high score u hv achieved throughout the week. Frankly we were asked to lie to callers ans asked to make them false promises(talla marna) to get good feedback. One day i suggested them an innovative idea to make fast pace resolutions to get genuine positive feedback from caller. But no one heard me even one of the head TL suggested me to work like other sheeps as he told me that rapid resolution will close the process(WTF!!).
I worked for very few months.. In that time also I feel the atmosphere around me is too comfortable.. The superiors who work above me are so friendly.. I use to feel the work very easy nd my trainer nd team leader uses to support me a lot.. The rules nd regulations for the employee are good.. Am new to mumbai, but with in a couple of weeks I got adjusted their.. In that organisation the colleagues are so helpfull, friendly, team work is also soo good..
I didnt dislike the organisation.. Because as a fresher.. It's a good platform to work with that organisation.. It had increased my skills.. To gain more knowledge nd to join in extra courses for my career growth.. I left my job..
It's so nice to do job over their.. The surrounding around me use to makes me feel to do work so happily nd fast.. The colleagues team work, problem solvings when I need help..

just a fake world i can say. had so many stories to tell some of funny too. like there managers are more funny than there TLs. once they are happy with shouting your name on floor and on the other sec they dnt even know you. once there was training period scheduled in my schedule list for like 45 min. so nobody informs me but i was sitting right on my table for like 30 min but noone came up to me no tl no trainer. so i went to canteen then. and when i get my back on my table after that so the hr came to me and said u have toh come for a meeting and that meeting is for suing me and they give me a warning letter i said what the hell i was right there on my table for the first 30 minutes where are your trainers at that time.and also what funny is they got an room of 10*10 i thnk that they playing room but for playing they got only bean bag and a table now i dont know if they got anythnkg else but what funny is this k only TL and Managers are allowed in that room. hahaha yo all the best.
I worked 8 years for IGSL it shows that how I was attached with my first company because of there work invironment. It was my first job and learn a lot. Whatever I am today is only because of IGSL....I got knowleg, work experience, career growth, self development.....so I am very touched with my company and will forever.....it is my bad luck that our site has ramed down this year and l resigned....
Yes, I faced one thing that there was very slow growth. I fighted for my team but unfortunately I failed....might be it was according to process. My suggestion is we had lack of people who can train to people effectively.....we should start some activity in our each site from bottom.
I was working for WFM/RTM.... We have to take care real time management, MIS reports, call flow management etc.... I had team of 9 members....we worked for 4 different LOB's....
So far had good knowledge & experience to take with me. You will not be pushed to any training activities. Priority is given to completion of work rather than knowledge enhancement. Had good support from superiors and peers. Hardwork is appreciated, Innovation is not motivated and had worst Work Life Balance because leave policy is not at all good and its 6 days working. Appraisal is not that good considering overall feedback from peers.
I feel there is no Work Life Balance at all, no transport fecilities and no employees benefits like, no team outing if incase, we have to bare from our own pocket. Company will not release the fund for the employees team outing.
You will get lot many things to learn if you are responsible person to handle multiple things.They encourage you to take the challenge. But it's very hectic due to too much Attrition and staff position will be open for months together overloaded to 1 pers
Good environment to work with such a multinational company. Extra ordinary experience you can get only from IGSL. Great place to work, to enhance your skills. Very funny team mates who always take care of your. Welworsh training you can get only by well matured trainer in IGSL. Job is always secure only based on your performance. Quick carrier growth but only by performance. Salary was good to fullfill your daily requirements. Appraisal policy was not too good as compare to other BPO sectors. Cap service was on time & Good one. Politics was too much dont even tell about it. Trendy work environment. Work was very innovative. On Daily basis new experiences was getting some good some bad, but not to worry it was a part of work and it comes in every employees life. Still I will say that good company to work.
Hi..! This is Sruhitha worked in 'Intelenet Global Services' for Flipkart email support. It is a good platform for freshers to gain experience in Bpo...all about I learnt is 'what is customer satisfaction'...basic knowledge was taught by the trainer about the process and teammates who are tenured supported well and helped to learn the process quick....job security and work environment are good too, working hours for females are comfortable and flexible.
The most dislike in Intelenet is no proper pantry available. No incentives, increment in salary and cab facility.
My designation in Intelenet was customer support associative-non voice process. I have been promoted as SME within 8 months of joining and handled certification of 9 batches...Also received 3 certificates for good performance within 8 months...
Guyz if any one is fresher trying to get a job in Bpo , then i would prefer IGSL IS THE BEST N EXCELLENT COMPANY FOR FRESHER , TRUST ME I HAVE STARTED WORKING FROM IGSL ITSELF FIRST IT WAS SERCO THAN IT HAS BECOME IGSL .
