There is a lot of freedom and opportunity for learning technology. The company also provides enough flexibility in working environment. This is particularly true in the horizontal practice units of the company.

Dislikes

The company nowadays is too much devoted to billability of senior technical resources like me. This restricts the exploration of new technology and innovation. Also, LTI needs to improve in terms of compensation.

Work Details

I am a cloud architect working with international customers and providing them solutions in the Microsoft Azure cloud platform

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I just had some skill improvement opportunities, otherwise I have nothing go to say

Dislikes

Teammates were really good and supportive, training was good, Appraisal and salary was extremely discriminatory and bosses cared about their own growth rather than junior's growth. The bosses were essentially extremely selfish/!!

Work Details

Worked as a technical architect. I was handling the MDM vertical and the exposure was alright.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
