Good work life balance. Good Clients. Values employee.

Dislikes

Only thing to dislike here is the appraisal cycle. Which can is released very late (September October). And Hikes usually given are not more than 2-4%.

After the merge, work locations were wider. But if they call to employees base location, then it is of no use.

Dislikes

Before the merge, the company culture was great. After merge the new CEO changed many rules. Company started firing the employee just after 2 month bench period. Appraisal and promotion cycle is pathetic.
