Good work culture. People respect privacy and once office hours are over, no unnecessary work related pings. Good quality of food offered at cafeteria, every evening snack is on the company and you will get free snacks or take anything from vending machines. People are serious with work. Even HRs are very active. Rarely seen at other work places. Overall, good place to work and grow.

Dislikes

As of now, nothing as such. Probably the leaves availed could be slightly higher.

The appraisal cycle is very bad, the appraisal cycle should be in April but for the last 2 years, the hike is being given at the end of November without arrear and it is very low 2-5%. Many freshers have joined for Rs. 4 lakhs, package for those with 3 years experience is less than Rs. 5 lakhs. Those who got promotion and those who were on the bench, their hike is same, there is only a difference of Rs 2-5k in their yearly salary....Read More
