Likes is only one thing that they are still offering 2 days work from office whereas all the other IT companies are offering 3 days WFO.

Dislikes

Dont join Microsoft or MSBU projects. Everything there is messed up. People are working 12+ hrs daily. Managers only care about deliverables. Nobody cares about quality of the delieverables. But then client escalation happens everyone blame game starts. Also stay away from CitiBank projects. They are also same.

Irresponsible HR in LTImindtree, they will complete all your technical rounds and take your confidential documents like payslip to reply back telling we cannot proceed further. They will make sure they waste your valuable time by asking you to come to office for interview. When they don't know about the Company insight then why they proceed further?

Both my managers and team leads were good. Company was very reasonable about hybrid and wouldn't monitor the in and out times.

Dislikes

It's easy to get slipped in between the cracks in LTI. If you get onto bench it can be difficult for people with low experience to get projects. The appraisal system was pretty poor when I was there, but it seemed to be mirrored across most Indian it companies at the time
