No salary hike, toxic work culture, politics, weekend working without compensation, without shift money, expected to extend work hours and handle responsibilities of P3 level while getting grade and pay of P1. Inspite of repeated client appreciation, no hike or promotion but promoting clearly undeserving candidates. Even food is notfree.
