If you do end up in a good project, you will have more opportunities to learn. Before the merge, MIndtree had good work culture and benefits and appraisal, after the Merge with LTI, I literally had no hike for an year.

60 days bench policy. After you complete 60 days HR will ask you to resign. Mandatory to attend office twice a week if not leave deduction. Once the ongoing project ends Work force management is least bothered to allocate you to the next project.They never reply your emails or chats. You need to apply like how do you apply a job through naukari portal. Resources managers and HR also won't reply to your queries. Was in an internal project got to explore all areas of the project and learnt a lot initially but even learning get stagnant after sometime as there's nothing new happening in the project

No appraisals No promotions (even if given it's a Dry promotion) No Pay scale upgradation programmes Nothing new to learn in project after an year

Flexible work culture: 2 days/week WFO Work-life balance. Not mandatory hours in office.

Appraisals are the worst they give 2-3% hikes even in promotion they givet 8-9% hikes and ratings are very random. For freshers, they train in some stack and give work in some other stack then after sometime some different stack. It is very difficult for freshers to change stacks that easily. No good projects mostly have support work.

Projects are okay. Work culture is nice no one asks you to work overtime. Over-all it is a good company

Salary is average for freshers. Appraisals are not given as expected or on time after LTI and Mindtree merger.

The benefits it provides are great. It also provides opportunities to grow and explore different aspects like hackathon

After the merger, the projects have significantly reduced and that's why many people have been on the bench for more than a year.
