Toxic work culture, incompetent managers with a low skills, knowledge and competencies. Unnecessary Politics and insecurity in managers. More weightage on nonsensical things than actual work, making it a non conducive workplace

They offer good pay just to attract and trap employees

Dislikes

They say it is hybrid mode, but you will be asked to work from office most of the time and beg for work from home even when they have written hybrid mode on offer letter. Leaves will not be granted even if you are on ventilator. Too much politics, unwanted pressure.

Work policy: Officially they say 1 month 2 days per week from office and next month 3days per week from office, but during 2 weeks of close, you have to work 5 days from office, even on weekends sometimes

Dislikes

0 work life balance. If management sees you having free time then it is frowned upon that you are useless and wasting time. Job security is quiet less, jobs being slashed/RIF is so common as if it's normal. Newbies are not given proper KT and expected to perform like rockstar since day one. If you do, then expectations get higher. If not, then it's a dangerous area
