MANAGEMENT ONLY TALK ABOUT BILLING, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES. YOU CAN'T PLAN YOUR PLANNED LEAVES DUE TO THIS BILLING SITUATION. 4. NO APPRECIATION - WHEN EMPLOYEE IS GIVING 100% AND DOING THE HARD WORK, COMPANY SHOULD APPRECIATE HIM/HER FOR THEIR DEDICATION AND THIS WILL GIVE THE MOTIVATION. 5. LATE NIGHT CALLS TILL 12-1AM.
