Only 2 things are good first life insurance & second job security.

Dislikes

Work culture is like hell. Upper management is like egoistic. Policy of retain, increment & employees retain are very complex. Work and expectations from employee increase month on month but if talk about appraisal they give you 2 or 3% increment. Worst HR attitude.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
