Medical facilities are really good. Managers are supportive but not all.

Dislikes

Promotions are big NO No thing here. It's been 5 years working in same position still no one is taking responsibility to promote you. Once project changes everything changes new managers are not supportive if they are from other organisations , they mentally pressurizes you so much that you might feel like leaving the organisation.

It was very comfortable to work with the team. Job security and medical benefits especially for girls.

Dislikes

Its very terrible about the hike and appraisal... We were at comfort zone.. We didnt know about the outside world. Even fresher is getting 7 to 9 lakhs per annum.. But even if we are having around 12 years of exp still we are getting around 4.5 lakhs since we started our journey from tcs. We dont have a chance to communicate to onshore team. We dont have a chance to speak in english communication.completely i wasted my ten years life in tcs....Read More

Little job security unless and until you don't violate company security policy noone will fire you.

Dislikes

Paying low salary to existing employees and hiring outside candidates in average package. And giving yearly hike of just 2-3% however in media they will show 7-10% sometimes more. Higher management doesn't bother about you. They want their work done. Most of the higher management company working on toxic behaviour. A lot of people are on bench some are since year.
