1. Almost 0 hike 2. Inequality - People from good colleges in Turbo batch and star batch earn 2-3 times higher than TRB batch and their technical skills are nowhere near the TRB guys. 3. Exploitation - when you join Wipro, they ask you to sign a contract which has highly exploitative policies and since you are fresh out of college you will sign anything. You can be asked to work in any location they want and in night shift and rotational shifts too. You can't ask for release from a project for a period of 18 months after joining the project....Read More
