It depends on the Project in which you are currently working. My current project team is almost like a class room with friends irrespective of their designations. Even the delivery head interacts with all members in the project every week. Absolutely amazing bunch of people around makes you forget the work pressure and makes the journey a fun filled roller coster ride.

Dislikes

Too much expected from employee and little being offered for the too much being asked.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
