Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - During my first mock interview on Google Meet, everything went well. However, for the second round with the panel, which was scheduled for the next day, I unfortunately fell down the stairs and suffered a head injury, making me unfit for the interview. Despite my condition, HR, Ms. Sushmitha, insisted that I proceed with the interview, and I reluctantly agreed. During the video call, they took a photo of my Aadhaar card, which felt suspicious. After the interview, I never received any communication from them. When I followed up with HR for an update, she repeatedly made excuses, saying it was a holiday, she was in a meeting, or she hadn’t reached the office yet. Eventually, she stopped responding altogether, leaving me completely ghosted. The entire process felt highly unethical.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Hr was dishonest. Told me a different in-hand figure during interview rounds. After I cleared all interviews and submitted documents, then she told me that in-hand salary wil ll be different and the amount told earlier was variable, and it was my fault that I didn't know this and not her that she didn't tell me upfront. And also additional 500-1000 rs fee for taking company transport which was not told earlier . So experience with HR was pretty bad. They are dishonest and bunch of liars. The consultant also took her side.
The shift is also longer than most companies . 9.5 hours shift.
