Likes

Excellent management. Directors treat employees as a family and maintain work life balance. Company runs on ethics which is same for all the employees. Professionally sound management which helps you to learn how to work in corporate nature which is turn gives accountability and safety to both company and employees.

Dislikes

If management treats you like family, that's all any employee wants so i don't find any dislike in the company

So much I learnt from my directors specially from Ashok Patel sir. how to setup one organization Structure from top to bottom and flow their duties and responsibilities

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
