Poor salary hikes .For freshers they won't get any hikes after 1 year, but most of the companies does. The appraisal cycle starts after 15-18months .

Dislikes

No growth. Very poor appraisal cycle. Do not keep high expectation regarding appraisals and promotions. Lots of politics going on internally in capgemini engineering unit.
