Very poor job security. You have to be favorite of your manger to get your job secured and get decent appraisals. and technical skills or actual work is less important here.

Dislikes

These days this company is quite confused with it's long term goals. Most of mid to high level management has resigned the organization. Work culture has become pathetic. Too much politics going on.
