Nothing in particular to be honest. More of disappointing work experience

Work-life balance (project specific) is out of scope. Ending up working 12 to 14 hours instead of 9. Expected to be working from morning till night matching US client timings for maximum availability. Promotions are purely if you have good terms with senior leadership and are contributing to business unit deliverables significantly irrespective of whether or not your project allows you to. Ratings are not transparent and in order to got any above average rating your name should be on the leadership team's mind. Expected to be in-office and still work for 12+ hours. My manager has constantly been giving this feedback: "You need to work on visibility for leadership team" No matter if you reach all goals and been exceptionally good in project, rating will still not depend on that. Glorifying burn out is an everyday casual experience here. Mental and Physical health took a toll in my case. Quite some peers I talk to, including myself, are here only awaiting an offer from a different organisation. I think that reflects in their industry high attrition rate too. Also, a year ago, some of my known colleagues were forced to resign If they could not get themself tagged to a project and are on bench more than a month....Read More
