Dislikes

Appraisal is very poor, cannot think about promotion within 1-2 yrs experience. Promotion mostly takes after 5 yrs and that also done very rarely.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Dislikes

bad politics, they hire fresher in bulk but does not have project, manager prefer girls only and specially boys are on bench.
