Growth is pretty slow and the compensation also gets affected due to this. The skill uplifting is something we have to voluntarily search for.

Manager's company they targeted without any proof of our employees and also Prince and Nakul they both are wasting money they do weekend party with Russians. In India IBM is a worst company bcoz of Managers.

Hiring mismatch. Hire for BI developer and will assign you job of BI developer without any basic KT on domain knowledge and its jargons. The project planning is similar to one we do in our colleges days -- They hire graphics designer for analytics project on renowned BI tool. waste of resource and irrelevant burden on BI developers.How can a BI tool replicate the visual representation designed by graphics developer or is this even needed. BI tool has its own integrated functionality. Poor quality managers, Contract employees face discrimination, NO hike, NO opportunity, NO one listens to their problems, Autocratic leadership, NO growth but when we question back they blackmail over hike, promotions, and layoffs are at their hand. Company has internal politics between cross teams. Very high expectations after you join. You would get rated very much baded on daily monthly and quarterly actions. Have to be pro active in many domains if you join with a senior designation. Appraisal chances are very low every year. If you are young, you would feel left out as allothers are in high age band.
