The campus is very huge and work friendly. Team and colleagues are also absolutely good

Dislikes

There is no much development here. We have to wait around for very very long time to reach to certain level. Probably IT sectors are good but I am from Global immigration unit and we are treated with least regards. There is injustice among others. Although you have same qualification, same experience and handles same work load, few get job level 3 with 4lpa above salary and few unfortunates get job level 2 with half the salary paid for fortunates. This is unbearable. We might stick around in the same department for 10 years and I can guarantee that we won't even earn 50k. Hence I quit. I request the organisation to treat every department equal. Differentiating between IT and non IT is almost bad as discrimination. We are equally important as engineers, project managers and other IT department crew....Read More
