Dislikes

They will give/change freshers to random projects for every 5,6 months and we will not have proper continuous experience on one domain. If we tell that we are not ok with particular project they will not change and team managers will threat us stating ur career will end soon, we will red mark to your reference letter.

Infrastructure is good. All HRs, Managers are friendly. Good culture.

Operations executive employee's gross salary is 18000 p/m but they give only 14000 p/m, and Infosys offices are there in metropolitan cities, it's very sad and tough to servive there with just 14000 salary. They hire BCA and BSc students as Operations executive or Systems associate, randomly they will push us to some other tech stream to under go training in that. Later we wont get relevant project. Mapped project and stream training totally different. Most of the time we will be get into supportive projects but too sometimes they reject us because we are from BSc/BCA background. They will make freshers to sit in a bench min. 2 months to max. 2 years. I have seen many people are there in bench from last 2 years. This is very bad culture in Infosys. If the candidate is worth to stay in company then could provide project or else they can terminate. But they r not doing anything simply wasting freshers time, sometimes they do play with freshers emotions....Read More

There is severe lack of management of freshers. No assistance or information. Just doing mass recruitment and then wasting the time and career of freshers by keeping them on bench. There is nothing I liked about working at Infosys.
