Micro Management. Everything is not about pay sometimes it's about the treatment you give to your juniors. Boomer generation and their ideologies. Boomer generation is sitting in management level soo toxic and useless I can't even explain them in words.

Things aren't transparent. Lot of baised people. Even though you work at client location. You will not be allowed to communicate with clients. Work life balance is zero how much ever you do best. Infosys offers a terrible support projects which are not at all flexible and very stressful. No other project opportunities will be given even if you are not interested in the current one. Very less salary and they expect us to work weekend and overtime for no reason

Learning, Appraisal, Hike,no skill development you will be put in support project if you are freshers from there if u ask also they won't release. Very less interest from you leadership to uplift you only related work and thats all. Micromanagement is worst in some cases.
