People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus

No good hike. For JL4 , JL5... 6-8%. I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

Salary is really poor does not matter how good your performance is. Promotion is timely only at junior level.

Apart from skill development, there has been nothing so far.

Everything problem, no proper project, no proper facilities to sit if you want to go office you have to chase your seats via application otherwise you will get seats, if you don't go office they wont approve your timesheets so LOP. Initially, they ill say they have all project post on boarding even if your IL employee they ill put into BPO projects which will start by 10PM to 5AM. no promotions no appraisal from the company if you ask about appraisal manager will say its the company's decision. if they decided not to give appraisal or promotion then what is the use of filling goals and other stuff? it's all joke in this environment, this is only for selected regions people and who don't want to work or maintain the dignity in work place....Read More

Most of the managers are very supportive, especially when you have medical issues.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are worst, sometimes you won't get the hike. Most of the salary goes in deductions. For variable pay you will be deducted 15% and some amount for charity, PF deductions also more.

It has good working culture overall but working experience may vary based on the team. There's plenty of learning and growth opportunities, but you have to put in the effort and seize them.

Dislikes

The annual hike sucks and appraisal cycle is unreliable and hikes have been either delayed or deferred altogether for few months. Promotional hikes are minimal and movement is very time specific.

Good learning opportunities. Moderate Work life balance. Working half day is considered as full day of attendance which is really helpful to manage days when employees have other personal engagements. Good Projects with good technology stacks. Work from home facility. Less Politics. No favouritism by manager.

Dislikes

Low Salary. No increment. Rating depends on extra Unit Level tasks. Micro management by managers. Managers are puppet of client stakeholders. Health insurance is not good. Managers does not trust their subordinates. Extra work piling.

Management is worst atleast in my case. They forced to take Bangalore location project though my base location is chennai and despite having small baby. No one to one with manager during appraisal and any sort of support once you get into a project.
