The culture, facilities, amenities are great but for career growth it's totally full stop.

Dislikes

Skill development, appraisal, hike, project opportunities inside Com are so less and tough, they hire new candidates and put them on bench. I know most of my colleagues more than 100 of my colleagues are on bench since they're joined /more than 2 year. It's not good for there careers and growth also. They only force you to do certification and courses on lex.

Dislikes

No job security if you are in bench, no work life balance as most of the projects are support projects so you need to involve in weekends and have to work in shifts and they are not hiring sufficient resources so there's more load on you and most of the times need to extend shift.
