work life is so good, but for some projects it may be difficult but overall Infosys is a very good space to work.

no hikes, no increments, its takes lot of time for getting promotions

There are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

Dislikes

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

I like their work culture where we can work freely.and we have great learning opportunities there.infosys values diversity and inclusion

Dislikes

At times, the workload can be intense, especially during critical project phases, which might lead to stress and long hours.The path to promotion can sometimes be slow, and I felt that my career growth is not as rapid as Iwould like.

The review is soley Project based, I've worked in an Internal R&D project, which had flexible work timings and intensive and rapid shift in technology and softwares, which was quiet exciting and challenging to work.

Dislikes

The managers & HR have no concern for pur pay or hike, they do try but the higher management doesn't look into employee issues and the pay is damn low when compared to market.

Training is really good... basics and domain specific trainings were given very well. Best time spent at Mysore campus

After getting the project, I was the only fresher in my team so all the responsibilities and sudden night duties were forced upon me and despite working hard I was discriminated and Never appreciated for my work because I had plans for MS . They didn't even give me confirmation which was supposed to come 18 months after staying in the company. My salary wasn't hiked because of that and they didn't treat me well because of which I had to resign from the job....Read More
