Really disappointed in their delayed negative response of selected candidates,got selected at Infosys, HR talks went well, and I agreed to their salary. But a month later, they said they won't proceed with my profile. After all that time, and with no fault of mine, they just said they can't hire me. If they don't have the need, whyeven interview and waste everyone's time? I was ready to join ASAP and was counting on this job. Don't make Infosys your only option, have them as your last option cuz they do the same for you-there's no guarantee they'll hire you. 1. Hybrid Work Culture 2. High salary in the WITCH Companies 3. Better Consultanting Roles if your okay with 9-9 timings 4. You can work any where in india infosys office if your project is acceptable 5. Job security is stable.

1. Deadline 2. Poor leadership and Managers 3. No proper learning tool (Lex is useless tool) it should have access for udemy, better platforms 4. Non aligned skillset. Ex:- if your role is Java developer but they have projects related data engineer you need to take up.

Food and infra is good( but thats again for their benifts of looking good) Continous learning (again, to attract clients, also they have the mindset that we'll steal their courses, so they keep everything internal) Great number of clients (marketed as infosys is one of the oldest IT gaints, so clients trust them blindly)

They don't have LEAVES. There is no concept of leave here. You are given 10 paid leaves. That's all. No sick leave nothing. They don't cover your parents health insurance. They don't cover your petrol charges. They give you 500 to 700Rs of internet charges in this economy. 1. MANAGERS. They work like they're in some park and yellat subordinates like they are the owner of infosys. (Told me i should act nice to get good ratings). Never connects with us and gives rating as they like. Which includes performance bonus(scam) 2. Their offer letter itself is a scam. It will look big before joining, but after that there is lots and lots of deductions. 3. They blindly support clients even if its their fault 4. No work culture. All there marketing ads are fake. People don't talk to one another mostly. 5. No proper communication between anyone. 6. Work satisfaction: Never heard of it. Mid level people: don't join. If you are manager, please live your happy life here....Read More

ECC guest house and campus which is very peaceful and beautiful place.

Only 20 leaves annually (5 per quarter, 4 per quarter if you're on probation). They are offering salary on basis of number of experience not with individual skills. Too many deductions in salary as per policy.

They hire a 2 year experienced person and give them above 16LPA and their own employees with 5 years experience get only 5-7LPA on same designation. No hikes, no support, nothing being done for employee wellness, most of the projects works on weekends as well. People are having extra maritl affairs at the office. Zero for work culture, zero to team leads and managers.

You will struggle to find your unit HR. No direct contact to HR for that too you will have to raise a ticket. Everything is system Oriented. After maternity if you utilise your earned leave, system will automatically put you into leave code with LOP without your consent and if you are on bench in this period. Then being on LOP is also your fault that too which you haven't applied.
