Dislikes

Early 4 percentage hile in basic pay on take home salary, at least inflation percentage must be given. If you are promoted then 10-15 percentage that is also when you are in low salary. When you came as experienced for some good package you will be promoted but without hike.

Overall basis is not good and asking for hybrid even proper seating not available and also promotions are not handling properly many tricks are using to stop promotions and bonus . And mostly internal politics and use and throw policy
