Variety of projects. Good remuneration. A lot of training possibilities including free Coursera plus access.

Dislikes

Process bottlenecks: Seat booking - inability to get seats, having to checkin Over insistence of 6 hours a day for 2-3 days while 12 hours in the project daily. Poor location and fewer offices therefore long commuting delays while many customer calls start at 6 pm. Often people on extended bench because there's a poor mismatch of skills vs demands. Reporting manager's having no communication with employees outside project....Read More
