Job Security is very poor .Poor coordination Of TA team . After hiring after 2 months told project is over then why need to hire. No bench system which may spoil your carrer.

I regret joining milestone technologies as they play with peoples lives, they keep people till probation and come up with different reasons for not extending probation, says project is ramp down and no bench etc etc
