The team understands that productivity doesn't require a rigid 9-5 structure, and that flexibility has made it possible to stay motivated and bring my best self to work.

Dislikes

While RST Solutions has many positive, one area for improvements would be communication. Occasionally, there can be lack of timely updates or clear directives, which can lead to minor issue, but with enhanced communication across team, it would streamline workflows and ensure everyone stays aligned.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
