Job security is good they didn't fired any one during covid, 3 weeks paid leave during covid also good one

Daily 100's of trainings will go on if you are working in project you won't get chance to attend any one of them, won't get enough time for re skilling and to learn new things. Worst hikes even for top rated people . but they doubled CEO salary and paid good dividend to share holders but employee salary hikes they will search 'N' reasons to skip giving hikes. I think management don't care much about employees...Read More

Company provides you to stay in guest house for a week when you relocate for the first time.

Company don't focus on employees health The push employees in doing others work even if your assigned work is completed They hire cheap resources as work colleagues and make you do their work Unnecessary time line commitment to clients and destroying the personal life for individuals There is no work life balance always work work balance Even if you work hard in achieving the goals give extra efforts to deliver the work early, they will not give you proper hike, they provide in previous FY then next year they will say previous year only they provided and going forward they will see. My own money is deducted from my salary in the name of performance bonus and later one while providing variable pay they provide very less percentage and give excuses like company did not do well Till now rarely I have done lunch on time lunch timing has shifted to 4:30 as normal time Nowadays they are pushing employees to work for 9hours from office and also push to working on weekends as well...Read More

Dislikes

Financial growth is a big issue, specially for freshers. Even after spending couple of years, promotions can be given but when it comes to salary revision, it's almost nothing that employees get.

Nothing is good at Infosys. Very toxic work culture is present here.

I didn't like everything about Infosys, because of very rude management and no help from HR's and you won't get projects based on your core skills. You need to do any kind of work .. like developer also need to do manual testing work and other works. After some days they will assign the same kind of work to you, and slowly you will forget your core skills.
