Salary structure is pathetic. Nearly zero hike. Salay deduction without any reason . Partiality happens grade wise, Unit wise, Appraisal wise, Regional Language wise.

Job security is kind of good but not sure in future as TCS is making changes in multiple front. Work culture is good and management is based on your thinking. If management realise that you won't care of them then they won't bother you. Onsite opportunities, if you want to travel to different countries and settle there , TCS is really good. Dont expect any good salary there as well. They pay you the worst. But you can use as a stepstone to reach where you want to reach,
