Everything is organised in ultimatix application. The most interesting part at TCS is medical insurance of 12 lakhs a year. Even big product companies dont give this much medical insurance. Plus you can add your parents by paying some amount (~24k/yr) but your spouse and children are covered for free.

First of all salary is pathetic. I really dont understand why people are working in such low salary. I have seen people with 10 years of experience in tcs and yet they don't get 1 lakh/month. TCS don't hire back their employees,

The security of tcs is mainly the factor for people to join the organisation with lots of skills to learn through platform like LinkedIn and Udemy. Anyone can boost the skill set to enhance the pakage.

The project which they give generally based on support and the training is not what we expect as compare to the work they say to do.

Team leads are not always polite or formal. Then put un due pressure on you. Since it's WFH now they it's totally fine to overwork us.

Terrible. I don't even get time to go to washroom or even have lunch. They make you work atleast 14 hours a day. Weekend support every week. If there's any hell in this world, it's TCS.
