Apart of job security, nothing is good hear, there is totally huge changes happened after Ratan TATA Sir passed away.which are not employees friendly. One side there is no salary increment and other hand they deducted almost 15% salary from some employees on the name of anual performance, no transparency in performance management, work distribution etc.

Dislikes

Salary, Increment and benifits are worst. For those who have entire family responsibility it's not manageable with the salary. Politics , regionalism castism amoung the employees etc(this is national issues) cannot blame a company.

Even in 2025 you have to go to the office and spent at least 2 - 3 hours in travelling despite we all know that remote work is the most efficient method. 4% salary hike in 2025 with this much inflation and for year 2025 it seems there won't be any hike at all Forget about promotion in this company until unless you are your manager'sfavourite. While HR Business Partners (HRBPs) are presented as an independent vertical, in reality, they function as enablers of senior management’s decisions rather than advocates for employees. The higher management, particularly within PS India (Indian projects), often exhibits unprofessional behavior—marked by arrogance, a lack of basic courtesy, and an unreasonable approach. During my initial tenure at TCS, I was unfamiliar with certain company policies. I was instructed to arrange self-funded travel with an assurance of reimbursement, only to later be denied repayment on the grounds of policy non-compliance. Shockingly, this refusal came after a whole year of persistent follow-ups, highlighting not only a lack of accountability but also a disregard for employee welfare—whether mental, emotional, or financial. People who have moved to overseas treat others badly, you'll be surprised people belittling others over Teams call.. Senior director level individuals will tell you over the Teams call that they don't need your past experience. HR in this organisation is simply useless, and doesn't pay heed to your grievance. If your experience is between 8 to 10 years and you've zeal to work like donkeys and don't want to learn anything new then this organisation is for you.. Also, if you think you'll be travelled to overseas for projects then rethink your decision since only few individuals travel who are good in licking..
