Nothing to describe here about like...no hikes, no bonus, no performance pay, no increments

Dislikes

Their policies are so headache, bench policies we should get project within 35 working days salary deduction are too high. Takehome salary will be less then the salary we calculated approximately difference of 10k around. In the name of variable pay they pay less than what we expected and say attendence is mandatory and working hours .....should come to office everyday, should stay in office for minimum 7+hours. should work minimum 10+hours from morning 10 to 10pm sometimes. No work life balance, even for gym we need to take all the necessary permission and that to we only have permission to do gym in base location we can't access other locations...we don't even have permission to access apps like eclipse or pycharm to practice and to upskill... If someone is coming to join I would say no to this company..no hikes, no bonus, jo performance pay, no increments, no promotions, they give gems for every year on our work anniversary and that to we need to redeem to buy only vouchers. If we don't use within the time limit it will expire. then what is the use of giving it ......Read More

The working culture. The benefits and the security definitely. They are really excelling in fields and technology. It is the best amongst alot of competitor companies. Their contributions to other client companies and to the field of IT and growing technology is unmatched. Tata as a brand has magnanimous contributions to FMCG ,automobiles, fashion and sport (might be missing few other departments) which is highly recommendable even though very frequently recognised in India (😔).
