I haven't worked here but they hired me. After getting offer letter I resigned my from my job. After 3 month there was my joining in TCS and before 2 days of joining date they kept 1 condition like if you ll get welcome mail then only you have to do reporting on 1st day in Company. But almost 3 month 20 days is passed I tried to reach with on-boarding manager and HR recruiter no one respond me back. From their end also they have not updated anything. From the company like TCS this was not expected. They should respond to candidates and if there is any issue they can simply say that. If welcome is everything then what is the use of offer letter. why any candidate should trust After getting offer latter also they can resigne their present job or not. They give very less salary. They take alot time for background check. They don't respond to mail....Read More
