Dislikes

Promotion and correction of salary is not happening. My complete time in development and project related only when I should do participate in activities that increase the level to increase salary please consider work in the project. I m not feeling good the process of appraisal that is not happening as expected.

The way people from outside TCS treats an TCS employee with respect is very overwhelming and I like TCS the way it treats it's customers and it's policies.

Dislikes

Having a wide range of workforce, work culture depends on the team we are in, but unfortunately the actual working or deserve employee most of the times are unorganised and many team are busy in politics.
