TCS is good at the retirement time. It does not values the employer ability and just allocate the associates to rendom projects whitout knowing it's capabilities. For instance, if your are a fresher cam from BCA or BSc and you have a good skills of programming then most of you may be allocated to IS and I have seen such cases where a associates is from BA he is allocated to a developer roll. I wonder how is he more able to me to work at this roll. Although it is good for and your job will be secure no matter how your performance is....Read More

Very less salaries in this company as compare to market,and they are not given any bonus for the covid 19 situation rather than increment of salary,we are doing our work from home too.but company not provided increment .There is not decreased the work even covid 19 situations
