I think every company is good but managers are the real culprits to make us hate the company. To watch us manager are there but to no one is there to watch them. The delivery manager and the hr delivery head every time pokes the person who is really working and enjoying and using abusive language in the entire adc to look cool with the people who are holding their cups and any thing else! I was away from my home and completed 18 months in tcs then I wanted transfer to my home location(due to family emergency), the manager told me to pass 18 months then after 18 months he told me to pass 18 months again. He told me there is change in policy but when I talked to hr and checked the policy there is no change in it . Afterall I need to resign without having a job bcz family is first. Overall he didn't want me to get transfer. When I asked are you willing to give me transfer or should I resign he told me to resign. Even in a medical emergency, I was not allowed to receive treatment despite submitting the appointment details and all medical reports. Additionally, there was a staff shortage, with only three people handling the workload of six, leading to immense pressure and stress. The manager and team leader's handling of the situation was extremely poor.
