Offers good trainings and learning materials on every technology. Personally you can go through them or enroll for instructor based trainings to gain knowledge.

Dislikes

No motivation from management even when you excel the delivery. Client would give credits, awards and recognition but not from internal management. Forget about variable pay if it's part of CTC No hike, No work life balance.
